1. Who we are
Empyre Communications is a communications and marketing agency based at 18C6 I-Rise Tower, Barsha Heights, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For website enquiries and applications, Empyre Communications determines why and how your personal information is processed.
2. Information we collect
New Business enquiries
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, company, industry, selected services, message, and an optional brief or supporting file.
Careers applications
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, role of interest, LinkedIn or portfolio URL, message, CV, portfolio, and other information you choose to include.
Website and security information
Subject to the consent settings approved for launch, we may collect technical information such as device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, referral information, cookie identifiers, form-security signals, and diagnostic or security logs. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages or files.
3. Why we use it
- To verify that you control the email address used for a submission.
- To review, route and respond to business enquiries.
- To evaluate Careers applications and communicate about relevant opportunities.
- To create controlled workflow records and prevent duplicate submissions.
- To protect the website, uploads and users from fraud, spam, malware and misuse.
- To understand and improve website performance and campaigns where the required consent or other lawful basis applies.
- To meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing permission should be requested separately.
4. Who may receive it
Access is limited to authorized Empyre personnel and service providers that support website hosting, security, private file handling and malware scanning, transactional email, workflow management through Asana, analytics, advertising measurement, and Microsoft Clarity session diagnostics. Providers may process information only for the service they provide and under appropriate safeguards.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction subject to suitable confidentiality protections. We do not sell personal information.
5. International processing
Some service providers may store or process information outside the UAE. Where this occurs, Empyre will use the transfer mechanism and contractual or organizational safeguards required for the relevant processing and destination.
6. Retention schedule
We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose described, legal requirements, security, or dispute handling. The following are our intended standard retention periods. Automated deletion, provider rotation and manual review controls are being verified before publication:
| Record | Proposed period | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Unverified submissions and files | 7 days | Allow verification/resend, then remove incomplete submissions. |
| New Business enquiries | 24 months after the last meaningful contact | Follow-up, relationship history and duplicate prevention. |
| Unsuccessful Careers applications | 6 months after the process closes | Recruitment administration and short-term reconsideration. |
| Technical/security logs | 90 days | Investigation, abuse prevention and reliability. |
| Encrypted rolling backups | 30 days | Disaster recovery, after which backups rotate out. |
Records connected to an active client relationship, employment, a legal obligation or a dispute may be retained under the applicable operational or legal schedule. A deletion request may not remove information that must lawfully be retained, and deleted information may remain in protected rotating backups until those backups expire.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website uses essential security and functionality technologies. The launch version will display controls to Accept All, Reject Non-Essential or Manage Preferences. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Microsoft Clarity will remain disabled unless the visitor enables non-essential measurement tools.
Visitors can reopen Cookie Preferences from the website footer. Form names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, filenames, CV contents and verification tokens must not be sent to analytics, advertising or session-replay tools.
8. How we protect information
Before publication, the website and submission workflow are being configured with proportionate administrative and technical safeguards. These include encrypted transport, least-privilege access, server-side validation, private non-executable upload storage, file-type and size inspection, malware scanning, rate limiting or anti-spam controls, audit and failure monitoring, backups, and provider access reviews. This policy will be published only after the controls applicable to the live workflow have been tested; safeguards may evolve as providers and risks change. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or a copy, correct inaccurate information, ask for deletion or restricted processing, object to certain processing, request data portability or transfer where applicable, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority.
10. Contact and updates
